Según Media Creates Sales, Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 3 Professional de Nintendo 3DS ha vendido en Japón 122.051 unidades en su primera semana de lanzamiento en Japón y el segundo lugar lo ocupa Nioh de PlayStation 4 con 75,477 copias vendidas y el tercer puesto lo tiene Four Goddesses Online Cyber Dimension Neptune también de PlayStation 4 con 42,508 unidades vendidas.
En cuanto a las consolas el PlayStation 4 se mantiene en la cima y le sigue el New 3DS LL.
