La Media Create Sales ha publicado en las estadísticas cuáles han sido los juegos con mayor número de ventas en Japón y también las consolas.
Dragon Quest XI de Nintendo 3DS continúa estando en el primer lugar de los juegos más vendidos y el segundo puesto lo ocupa el mismo juego en su versión para PlayStation 4. El tercer lugar lo ocupa Splatoon 2 de Nintendo Switch, en el cuarto está The Great Ace Attorney 2 de 3DS y el quinto Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy de PlayStation 4, ambos juegos son lanzados recientemente en Japón.
El Nintendo Switch vuelve a estar en el primer lugar, luego le sigue el PlayStation 4 y el Nintendo 2DS LL. A continuación el listado de los juegos y las consolas:
